Upgrade your home for your longevity

Most of your life happens at home. We measure what's in yours, and help you make it better.

Why your home
A calm bedroom corner at golden hour: a floor lamp, sheer linen curtains, a phone charging on the bedside table and a socket beside the bed
Stale air · CO₂ 1,400 ppm
Lamp flickers 100× a second
Wiring behind the pillow · 4 mG
Phone charging by your head
It looks perfect. The readings say something else.

We spend around 90% of our time at home, yet indoor air can be up to five times worse than on the street. Holme measures the air, water, light, electromagnetic fields and materials you live with every day, and helps you fix it.

What we measure

What's really in
your home

Five things you live with every day and never see. We measure each one with professional instruments, room by room, and show you the numbers.

01Air
  1. 01 / 05

    Air

Fine dust (PM2.5), CO₂, humidity and mould spores. Plus VOCs and formaldehyde, the gases that paints, glues, new furniture and scented products keep releasing for months after you stop smelling them. We also screen for radon, a natural radioactive gas that rises from the ground.

  2. 02 / 05

    Water

A lab test of what actually comes out of your tap: lead and other heavy metals, nitrates, chlorine and its by-products, pesticides, bacteria and other residues. Then we check whether your filter really catches what matters, in the kitchen and in the shower.

  3. 03 / 05

    Light

How bright your rooms are by day, how warm the light is in the evening, and whether your bulbs flicker. You don't see the flicker, but your nervous system does. We also look at light pollution at night: standby LEDs, screens and street light finding their way into the bedroom.

  4. 04 / 05

    EMF

Electromagnetic fields: magnetic fields from wiring and appliances, radio signals from Wi-Fi and phones, and dirty electricity, the high-frequency noise riding on your circuits. We measure where you spend the most hours: the bed first, then the sofa and your desk.

  5. 05 / 05

    Materials

What's close to your body for hours: mattress, bedding, sofa, cookware, cleaning products, paints and floors. We look for PFAS non-stick coatings, synthetic fragrance, formaldehyde-based boards and flame retardants, and tell you the simple swaps.

Understand

02

Within about 2 weeks, once the lab results are in, you get a full, detailed report in plain language: every reading next to its limit, what's fine, what isn't, and a roadmap of what to change, in order. No scare tactics.

We stay with you while you make the changes: which filter, which bulbs, where the router goes, which pan. Quick wins first, bigger changes when you're ready, with trusted local specialists to do the work.

The Standard

Not claimed.
Measured.

Your home is rated category by category: water, air, household chemicals, EMF, light, acoustics, materials and more. Each category gets its own score from what we measure and find, and that score sets its level. No single overall number to hide behind.

Certified

60+ · Measured, nothing left to fix, meets the baseline.

Gold

75+ · Clearly better than a normal home.

Platinum

85+ · Excellent, and proven by the readings.

Diamond

95+ · The best available today. Few homes get here.

Must-fix

If we find a safety problem, such as radon above the limit, a water result over the legal limit, active mould or a wiring fault at the bed, the certificate waits until it's fixed. Most are inexpensive to solve. That's what makes the mark worth trusting.

What we believe
The home assessment

The full home
assessment

One visit of around 4 hours, every room, all five factors. Within about 2 weeks you get the readings, a report in plain language and a plan you can act on.

01

Every reading, every room

Air, water, light, EMF and materials, measured where you actually live: at the pillow, at the tap, at the desk, in the kitchen. A water sample goes to the lab.

02

A report you'll actually read

Ready within about 2 weeks, lab results included. Your numbers next to the limits, in plain language: what's good, what isn't, and what it means for daily life. No jargon, no scare tactics.

03

A plan sorted by impact

What to change first and roughly what it costs. Often small: a water filter, warmer bulbs, the router out of the bedroom, a new pan. Bigger changes when you're ready.

The scientist's view
In a lab, we control every variable. At home, nobody measures the ones we live with every day: the air, the water, the light. Holme makes the home measurable, and what can be measured can be improved.

I work with some of the world's top athletes. I can help a person restore and rebalance. But when they go back home, they go back to where they were. The home has to be part of the plan.

What is Holme?

Holme is a home wellness assessment designed to help you understand how your everyday environment may be affecting your health and wellbeing.

We look at air, water, light, EMF and materials, including humidity, dust and the everyday products in your home, then translate what we find into clear, practical recommendations.

Think of it as a health check-up for your home: not because something is necessarily wrong, but because your environment is another part of your overall wellbeing.

Why should I test my home? Nobody I know has done it.

We spend most of our lives at home, yet our homes are often overlooked when we think about health. You might pay close attention to nutrition, movement and sleep while knowing very little about the air you breathe at home or the water you drink.

Testing your home is like a blood test when you feel fine: it's always easier and cheaper to prevent a problem than to fix one later. Nobody you know has done it because, until now, there was nowhere to do it.

Do I need to have a health problem to benefit?

Not at all. Holme is designed for people who are already healthy and proactive about their wellbeing.

It's less about solving a specific symptom and more about understanding your environment, reducing unnecessary exposures and making informed choices about your home.

Is Holme based on science?

Yes. Our assessments and recommendations are informed by established research, recognised environmental and health guidance, and appropriate testing methods.

Where evidence is strong, we'll tell you. Where science is still developing or uncertain, we'll tell you that too.

We believe good health decisions come from understanding the evidence, not from making everything in your environment sound dangerous.

How is Holme different from a standard property inspection?

A standard property inspection mainly asks: is this building in good condition?

Holme asks a different question: how healthy is this environment for the people living in it?

We focus on environmental factors and everyday exposures that conventional property inspections typically aren't designed to evaluate, then translate the findings into practical recommendations for your wellbeing.

What if you find something, or the results are bad?

Usually there's nothing alarming. If you're even considering this, you already care about how you live.

Finding an issue rarely means a renovation or a big expense. Many improvements are simple, and whenever we can fix something on the spot, we do: the wrong light bulb, a small adjustment, an everyday item swapped.

For anything bigger, we explain what we found, how important it is and what we recommend next. Some things only need checking once (EMF, for example); others are worth keeping an eye on over time (air quality, radon, water).

Our goal isn't to leave you with a list of problems. It's to leave your home better than we found it.
