Privacy policy

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Martinas Eitmonas, trading as Holme (self-employed, Spain), NIE Y8565713K, Calle Pizarro 13 (Wayco Pizarro), 46004 Valencia, Spain. Email: hello@holme.es.

2. What we collect and why

We never sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted services that process data on our behalf, under data-processing agreements:

Some of these companies are based in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

5. Cookies and similar technology

When you first visit, we ask whether you accept cookies. If you decline, or haven't chosen yet, we only count visits without cookies and without recognising you on a later visit. If you accept, PostHog sets a first-party cookie so we can understand how visitors move through the site over several pages and visits. If you accept and then fill in one of our forms, we link those visits to your email address, so we can see which page or campaign brought you to us. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser; the banner will then appear again.

The site also keeps a few small notes in your browser's local storage, which never leave your device: your cookie choice, whether you closed the webinar bar or the "visiting from…" pop-up, and your country for that visit.

The booking calendar (Calendly) and Zoom set their own cookies when you use them; see their policies.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this doesn't affect anything done before. Just write to hello@holme.es; we reply within one month.

If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es) or the data protection authority where you live.

7. Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 14, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes we'll also let subscribers know by email.
