Terms of use

1. Who we are

This website is run by Martinas Eitmonas, trading as Holme (self-employed, Spain), NIE Y8565713K, Calle Pizarro 13 (Wayco Pizarro), 46004 Valencia, Spain. Email: hello@holme.es. This information is provided under Spain's Law 34/2002 on information society services (LSSI).

2. What this site is for

Holme assesses homes for the things that affect your health and wellbeing: air, water, light, electric fields and materials. This site explains what we do and lets you join our newsletter, register for webinars, join a waitlist and book a call.

3. General information, not personal advice

Everything on this site, in our newsletter and in our webinars is general information. It is not medical, legal, building or engineering advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional who has looked at your home or your health. Please don't make important decisions based on it alone. If you have a health concern, talk to a doctor.

We work hard to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we can't promise it is complete or error-free.

4. Our services

Inspections, assessments and certifications are agreed separately. Before you book one, we'll confirm in writing what is included, the price, the timing and the conditions, and those terms will apply to that service. Calls booked through the site are free and without obligation.

5. Webinars

6. Intellectual property

The Holme name and logo, the Holme Standard, and the text, photos, graphics and design of this site belong to Holme or are used with permission. You're welcome to share links and quote short passages with credit. Please don't copy, republish or use our content commercially without asking us first.

7. Links to other sites

We link to other services (for example Zoom, Calendly and Google Calendar). We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your data; their own terms and policies apply.

8. Liability

We aren't liable for losses caused by relying on the general information on this site or in our webinars, by temporary unavailability of the site, or by third-party services we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts where you live, and you keep the protections of the law of your country of residence.
