Full Package or Holme Private: which one is for me?
The Full Package is right for most homes: every factor in depth, the water lab analysis, a detailed roadmap and our help while you make changes.
Holme Private is the same complete assessment, first in line: the earliest available dates, your report first, and a direct line to your Holme expert while you upgrade. It is priced on request.

What will I receive afterwards?
Within about 2 weeks of the visit, once the lab results are in, you'll receive a personalised overview of what we found, what it means and, most importantly, what we recommend doing about it.
Rather than giving you a long list of measurements, we prioritise the findings so you can quickly understand what looks good, what could be improved, what matters most, and what happens next.
How much of my time will this take?
The visit itself takes around 4 hours. You don't need to be with us the whole time: we mainly need access to the rooms and a few minutes to hear how you use the space.
After the visit, the rest happens on our side: lab analysis of the samples, interpreting the results and putting your report together. That's all included.
You'll receive everything, lab results and recommendations included, within about 2 weeks.
Does this make sense if I'm renting?
Yes. Many aspects of a healthier home are within your control even when you don't own the property.
We'll separate the changes you can make yourself from issues you may want to discuss with your landlord or property manager.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based in the Valencia region and on the Costa Blanca, and also work in Barcelona, on the Costa del Sol and in the Balearic Islands.
Somewhere else in Spain? Write to us anyway: we travel to other areas when we can group several assessments together.
How soon can you come?
Usually within about 2 weeks of booking.
Buying a home or working to a deadline? Tell us, and we'll do our best to fit you in sooner. With Holme Private you get the earliest available dates.
